Care That Feels Personal.
We bridge the gap between international patients and India's finest healthcare infrastructure through transparent guidance and compassionate, human support — from the first phone call to the flight home.
Anita Ray, Founder & CEO
RayMediReach was founded on one belief: healthcare support should feel personal, compassionate, and trustworthy.
Anita started RayMediReach after seeing how overwhelming it can be for patients to navigate treatment in an unfamiliar country — new hospitals, language barriers, visa paperwork, and no one to turn to for an honest answer. She built RayMediReach to be that one dependable guide: a single point of contact from the first medical opinion all the way to the flight home.
Today she leads RayMediReach's network of hospital partners and on-ground coordinators, holding every patient interaction to the same standard: treat people like family, not a transaction.
"Healthcare support should feel personal, compassionate, and trustworthy. That's our promise."

Medical Tourism in India FAQs
Answers to what international patients ask us most.
Is it safe to get medical treatment in India?
Yes. RayMediReach only works with JCI- and NABH-accredited partner hospitals and internationally trained specialists. Every hospital and doctor in our network is vetted before we recommend them to a patient.
How much can I actually save compared to treatment at home?
Most patients save 60–80% compared to the US, UK, or Western Europe, even after travel and accommodation. See our treatment cost comparison for specific procedures.
Do I need a visa, and will RayMediReach help me get one?
Yes — international patients need an e-Medical Visa, valid for an initial 60 days and extendable if recovery takes longer. It requires a letter from your treating hospital, which we arrange as part of our visa and travel assistance. Up to two family members can travel with you on an e-Medical Attendant visa.
Will there be a language barrier?
No. A dedicated coordinator and interpreter support you from your first consultation through discharge, so language is never a barrier to understanding your treatment or care.
How long will I need to stay in India?
It depends on the procedure. Straightforward diagnostics or consultations can take just a few days; major surgeries typically need 2–4 weeks for recovery and follow-up before you're cleared to fly home. Your facilitator will confirm a personalized timeline once your treatment plan is set.
